After graduating from The University of York in 1994 Steve completed the one-year Post Diploma Vocal Training course at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London.

Since then he has featured in many classical and operatic productions including "Albert Herring" (Albert), "Carmen" (Remendado) and "Lakmé" (Gérald).

Although it is not his preferred style of singing, Steve keeps in touch with his classical technique as the regular tenor in the St Giles Church Quartet for Sunday morning services and specials such as weddings and funerals.
